Telephone support.
The telephone assistance service is enhanced: our customer care is always available at the following times: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00. (GMT+1) The service is free of charge for all systems under warranty and in the start-up phase.
Assistance is also guaranteed on Saturdays and public holidays, and beyond the 12 months warranty, by signing an assistance and/or maintenance contract, which you can request. to the number +39 059 7577800 or to the e-mail: help&support@elettrondata.it

For on-site assistance we can also make use of our service network, composed of technicians and installers trained and certified by us. To request assistance, you can use the following methods:
Remote Assistance
To be available in a few clicks on your system thanks to a remote assistance service. Request help from our most experienced technicians who will connect you directly to your system to verify any problem remotely.

Spare parts service
With this service you can request original spare parts, guarantee a year and delivery within 2/4 days from receipt of the order for all items in stock. Urgent deliveries can be arranged with our representatives.
Repairs
Material to be repaired? No problem. You can send us an RMA request.
Complete the appropriate form (click here to download the RMA pdf form) and send it, duly completed a help&support@elettrondata.it.
Software license
Do you need to activate the license of one of the Elettrondata software? To do this you need a Username and a 16-Digit password that you have been provided with our products. Don’t you have them? Contact our technical service to find out how to proceed.
